If you aren’t careful you can go completely crazy with all these radical fitness trends. From the rep, till you die methods in CrossFit to the med ball balancing acts that some people do in the gym, it can all be a bit much.
I think this emphasis on radical fitness is what turns many people off.
Funny enough, if you look to the most elite fighting forces on the planet you find that they rarely get into things like CrossFit and these types of radical training. The boot camps are certainly straight forward and that goes a long way.
