Fitness is an incredibly important part of preparedness that is rarely talked about. And if it is talked about, it’s from people who are doing 20 mile runs every morning and spending 10 hours at the gym every night. It’s a bit intimidating and unrealistic for most people.
The fact is, getting into shape really isn’t that difficult, but it does take commitment. It takes a personal commitment from you to start and stick with a new routine.
I don’t know about you, but I don’t have a whole lot of time to devote to fitness, but I squeeze it in when I can. I do prioritize it because I know it’s important and I’ve seen results first hand from my fitness routine.
